Photography Competition

Competition Prizes

Competition Rules
- Thousand Clicks Photography Competition is open to persons living in South Africa aged between 18 and 65.
- Photographer must own usage rights of the image used for this completion entry. Thousand Clicks and stakeholders will not be held accountable for plagiarism.
- Only one image must be used for this competition per category. Should one be shortlisted, a raw image of their entry will be requested.
- The image used on this entry must be an unpublished image.
- The image must at least be 2000 MP and submitted in jpeg; png; pdf format.
- The competition closes on 30th June 2024.
- After the closing date judging will commence and voting lines will open for shortlisted photographers. When opening for votes, a date will be advised for winners’ announcement.
- Winners will be announced through Thousand Clicks social media profiles and direct communication.
- During the course of the overall winner’s reign, they may be required to avail themselves for media interviews and some events at no cost to them.
- Judging criteria: Composition, Impact, Style, Technical Quality, Lighting and Use of Colour.
- Competition entry fee is R200.00 per image.
